I have recently purchased a new Kawasaki and found the whole process quick, easy and very simple everything was done over the telephone and via email, Daryl updated me every step of the way and answered quickly all the questions I had, I was given a delivery date which was adhered to and called the morning it was due with an approximate delivery time which at nearly 200 miles away was always traffic dependent however it turned out to be spot on, I got a follow up call the next day to check I was happy with everything which I was,
I can thoroughly recommend using Lloyd cooper/motorcycles direct as I could not fault their service in anyway
