As soon as I purchased my dress, I didn't matter anymore. The day I came in to shop I was treated so warmly and I really enjoyed my experience. After that Debra, the owner, was completely rude to me and my family/wedding party. They were unorganized, unhelpful and very very rude. I scheduled a time to come back to do a fitting after my dress had been ordered and I also had arranged for my bridesmaids to be able to try on some dresses. They pushed us around, acted like we were in the way and completely ignored us. They said they didn't have enough dressing rooms when my maids wanted to try something on. I had an appointment just like everyone else in the store. The belt that I bought was supposed to be special ordered for me with the clasps adjusted to the back and fitted to my size. The one they tried to send me out with had a stain on it and clearly had just been the display sized down. My MOH special ordered and rushed from there, we were told originally it would take a month. When we called to check on it, they said it would not be in until the day before my wedding and Debra acted like she had no recollection of placing the order at all. I have 2 sisters getting married this year and we will not be back. It is a nice store, but very very disappointed with how unprofessional Debra was. I loved my dress but I would not buy from here again.
