Needed a wheelchair to take non-ambulatory patient...

Needed a wheelchair to take non-ambulatory patient in for pre op evaluation. No wheelchair for general use provided. Had to go to Emergency Room to ask for chair. ER receptionist attempted to phone for assistance and eventually had to go and get a chair on her own.

Wheelchairs, both regular and large sizes need to be available at the hospital entrance.
