I had an overall positive experience at Sheppard Pratt. The staff was caring and professional, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The programs offered are comprehensive and tailored to the needs of the patients. Although there were a few minor issues during my stay, they were quickly resolved by the attentive staff. I would recommend Sheppard Pratt to others in need of mental health services.
