This my first review, but my third stay at the hotel. The first two were lack luster. The third one was just amazing and thanks to Kashmira whom my Wife and I met at Fairmont SF. We got a quiet room that wasn't close to the loud public transport, and the views were absolutely breath-taking. Thanks to this experience at a new Fairmont, Kashmira has made my wife and I fans of the Fairmont chain of hotels.
