Totally unprofessional i have bin waiting for my R...

Totally unprofessional i have bin waiting for my ROE for months and they lied to me so many times. They told me it was in the mail twice. The chick tells me if you havent recived it to get in touch with them. Half the time i didn't get a response. The same girl tells me "oh you were suposed to come in and get it". So they knew they had it and still telling me its in the mail and two months later it was there and i had to go and get it. Im fuming mad with this company. Do not go with them go with any except that one. If i could rate them with no stars i would!!!!!
