Wasn't home to get the mail today got a certified letter from this company. I called them to see what it was about to see if I need to be home to pick it up in the next couple days. The operator was very pleasant quickly forwarded me to the person who supposedly it sent the letter. This individual she was very unprofessional ignorant." She said I sent so many these letters I don't even know what happened to her about and I don't really care it's just a job." I don't know if it's a bad place to work or if it's just the one person I spoke with today. Sorry I bothered to call this company. They sure showed me my value to them.
