We left the hotel only today and I wanted to leave my experience as an appreciation here as a review, as long as they are still so fresh and I find the time for it.

Impression of the hotel:
The Posthotel instantly conveys a homely "home impression". A mix of country house with old and new design elements. It smells of vanilla everywhere and the decoration is perfect for the ambiance.
Normally I do not like to go to 5 star hotels .... That has nothing to do with the price, but rather with the cool appearance, everything is sterile and the feel-good factor for me is nil.
Very different in Achenkirch! There is a living room atmosphere for me personally, because I also live like the design language there.

The room:
We had room # 158 the last 4 days. It was spacious with bedroom, living room, toilet and bathroom. The balcony was huge in relation to the other of the neighbors, although one had to say that this is shared with the neighboring room. (was not mine, but I did not see anyone)
The bathroom was a bit old, but there was no point deduction for me, as it was still very well maintained and showed no weaknesses. (you can see anyway, which is constantly being renovated) -> small info for the hotel: faucet dripping in the bathtub;)

The wellness area:
Very generously designed, with many different pools, saunas, steam baths. It really comes at everyone's expense. Top maintained and towels are everywhere, as well as teas, small healthy snacks and spring water.
Also the connected spa area with different body treatment left nothing to be desired.

The catering:
For me actually not to topen, as it justifies the price for the half board costs.
At noon, you can easily go to a kind of vital restaurant, where a variety of light food is always set up, especially the TMC (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is recommended here because it is not in the stomach.

The quality and how the food is served fits perfectly with this 5 star hotel.

... the most important thing in the end, the staff:
I'm a service provider myself and that's why I attach great importance to people, which is why I can only say hello!
Starting with the underground car park where a very polite employee took our luggage out of the car right up to the maid.
You can tell, that there is also a good atmosphere inside, which is why I have not seen a single crew member in a bad mood, or not greeting.
Our waiter, Bernd, at breakfast and dinner we also want to explicitly say thank you again. I had my lactose-free Cappo already on the court, while I was still at the buffet, as he remembered it from the previous day :-) Also my special request for a Kaiserschmarn (also lakto.frei) was fulfilled as a matter of course the next evening, which gave me a lot of pleasure.

.... thank you, Family Reiter, and your entire team for valuable time in your beautiful hotel. The stress of everyday life was reduced within a very short time and we will rave about it for a long time!
