I am fairly new still to Cascade Park Communities, but it definitely is night and day from my previous employer. The New Management team is very active and collaborates well with all teams members.The goal is always to continue to improve the culture around the community for residents and staff alike. Like always change can take some time; I am just extremely grateful to be a part of it! I love my job, the people I work along side, and especially the clients we serve!
