Even if you people are fresher don't even think about to work in Bangalore cogent might be the process which they are running is good but the management will not allow you to breath it's not a company it's a trouble factory.
You have to finish your complete login hours & you have to check daily the EMS if it's not updated properly then the real trouble starts you will not get the salary as per u worked. The experience only you will get here is how to fight with the manager/HR for the salary. The people who are from the different states & staying in PG / Room they come to road.
