Busy little bar and bistro right beside Covent Gar...

Busy little bar and bistro right beside Covent Garden. Tough to get a seat inside unless you reserve. Seems understaffed, as there's a wait at the bar, even when you're the only one waiting! One person behind the bar making cocktails evidently isn't enough to serve 30 or 40 rude customers.
