I have had some mixed experiences with the High Commission of Canada in Tanzania. The customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is friendly and helpful, but other times they seem aloof and uninterested. On the positive side, the visa application process was relatively smooth and efficient. However, there were some issues with the communication as I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Overall, it's an average experience, not great but not terrible either.
