Buying the tickets over the phone was easy, the food was plentiful/decent, and the show, itself, was good. However, parking was a nightmare and there was no direction on where to go once you arrived at the building. It was like the blind leading the blind. It's a huge building and not very easy to tell where you need to go once you've walked up to the building. They need better signage and employees letting everyone know where to go. There's no explanation whatsoever of where you need to go or why or what would be happening. The whole experience made me feel like we were cattle being rustled up. We were in a crowd just being pushed from one room to the next. Would have been better if we had some direction and knowledge of what was going on. Even though the show was good, I'm giving it two stars because of the overall experience I had and how it made me feel.
