Our firm is an ongoing client of strategic HR inc. The services and expertise they provide are incredibly valuable. SHR let's me (a business owner) to focus on my business and worry a lot less about the complexities of HR. We consistently save time and money by allowing them to do the things we don't do well (recruit/screen) and by leveraging their expertise and tools. I send my new managers there to get "new manager" training. It's a great company - REALLY nice people to work with. We think of them as the HR department we would have if we could.
