This place is nothing but a hassle. You will leave the store feeling violated. I rented an instrument 2 weeks ago paid for insurance coverage, my child wants to switch to an instrument that costs the same amount per month as the current one, I have paid for 2 months in advance already and was just informed by John that that doesn't matter what the cost is. I can switch the instrument for a fee of $5. Then he informed me I have to pay 2 months up front again. What the hell happened to the 2 months we have already paid???? We certainly haven't used it. Great customer skills. pay up front, charge a fee to change, aww what the hell lets rob them for more up front costs...
