I spent $2700 on a new Armani suit and another sport coat. I live in Bellingham and was making my 3rd attempt at picking up my purchase because they were both tailored incorrectly. I will admit I was already not in a good mood. It cost me over $100 per round trip to drive. While waiting hours on Saturday as to avoid another trip I ended up having to not only share the bathroom with dogs but also members of the opposite sex. I made a phone call to the manager on Monday morning and got nothing but lip service that never included any flavor of We are sorry about your experience .
If you are going to allow animals in the store you should either have pet friendly restrooms for those with animals or have some type of a holding area for those animals while their owners use the bathroom. I was equally uncomfortable that although the restrooms were not identified as unisex. I found myself in the company of multiple members of the opposite sex. Perhaps the bathrooms should be identified as unisex. That would not be my first choice.
