We were heading home after an unsuccessful visit to a Honda dealer in Orange County. We decided to stop by Norm Reeves in Cerritos, since they were right off the freeway on our way home. I knew what kind of car we wanted, the price I wanted to pay and how much I wanted for our trade in. We were helped by Marcia Pastelin. We gave her all the information and after a little bit of negotiating and her going back and forth with the internet sales department for us, we did agree to a deal. They had exactly the car we wanted. I would recommend Norm Reeves and Marcia Pastelin to anybody looking for a Honda and getting a fair price and someone who is willing to work and for you.
