I felt lucky to get an appointment 30 minutes from the time I scheduled it. I arrived on time and was told that there were 4 cars ahead of me and the wait would be 1.5 hours. Here's the thing, I always get my oil changes at Honda and I've yet to be able to get serviced at my scheduled time and there is always an excuse. Another thing is, the scheduling system is set so you can never get a courtesy car. If you don't have a ride, you're told
choosing the courtesy car option affects your availability and wait time. So you choose to wait at the facility and you have a long wait. You are virtually a walk-in. Is this really an option? The service was good but where I was lucky at is having Patrick as my service rep and the majority of this rating goes to him. I left home without my coupon which is one of the reasons I get my oil changes there and he honored my coupon anyway. He's supper professional, friendly, considerate, and accommodating. He takes his time to explain everything. Hire more vets...
