From the bottom of my heart...this company does not need to be in this business. On top of making a traumatic situation even more stressful and difficult, I paid them for a service I feel like I am not getting. My primary insurance company paid my lender their partTHE DAY I made the claim. Gap has yet to pay their part and it s been over a month... they always need more paper work... please please please either change the quality of service your provide or simply find another Industry to be apart of because I truly wish that when I purchased my car I did my research... I definitely would have gone with another GAP insurance company.

Everyone please encourage your friends/family/others to pay attention and do their research ! I went with the GAP coverage that was offered to me through my dealership. I never thought I would total my car so I didn t even bother to know the name of the company that the coverage was through. If I took the time I would ve seen the poor reviews and went with another company. Don t let other people make the same mistake...It is definitely turning out to be a costly and stressful one.
