My mom has been there for a few days so far. We have met a couple of nice staff members so far. Yesterday my mom called crying and very upset because of the following:
1. There was no one to help her out of bed until 11AM
2. They seem to be short staffed ( the food gets to her cold)
3. She was left on the bedpan so long that a mail visitor walked in on her
4. She was put on the toilet even though her chart stated she was to use a bedpan- it took over 4 people to get her off the toilet ( she has very little use of her entire right side.
I'm not sure how I feel about this place so far.
