So far.... ordered a box on April 21 which arrived...

So far.... ordered a box on April 21 which arrived over 2 weeks later after I called multiple times to track its progress. Sent things back immediately and it was received May 11. Its now June 24 and still it hasn't moved at Southtree's facility. Called yesterday for status and got nowhere other than an assurance from a manager that it has been expedited and should be done in 2 weeks.... that would make the entire process 11 weeks from start to finish, 9 of them in their facility even though their policy is 4-6 weeks according to what I was able to dig up on their site. I hope they get it together and return my stuff but right now I have little hope that they will come thru.

UPDATE:: 2 weeks later and NOTHING NEW.. No news, no pics, no status updates... nothing! It's now been 13 weeks since 1st order and no sign of my movies being converted... only false promises by Southtree that I would have an expedited service after my last complaint. SORRY customer service and empty promises is all I've seen of this outfit since April. I just want my original films back and a refund of my $130.... time to call the BBB.
