I was delightfully surprised when we met Tim Spellman at JM Lexus, a true professional, who went through the test drives and the price quotation process in an impeccable smooth way.
When I went to pick it up, I was greeted by name by Unell. I was so impressed. She is a gem.
I am very happy with my new NX300h HYBRID!
