Contrary to the trend here, I have ONLY had bad ex...
Contrary to the trend here, I have ONLY had bad experiences with Delticom! I cannot recommend Delticom at all. Reasons for this: Long delivery delays, not responding to inquiries, loss of transport, incompetence ... And to top it off, a debt collection agency is now being rushed on my neck, even though I paid the invoice directly by credit card at the time!
Dear fellow readers, you'd better spend a little more money on the tires, this will save you a lot of trouble and effort!
Details on my case:
17.12.19: Goods available from stock, so order and payment by credit card. Immediate confirmation from the seller.
12/20/19: Inquiry on my part regarding delivery date. Immediate answer that I will receive an email regarding the delivery date when I leave the warehouse.
12/27/19: I asked again about the delivery date. Again an immediate answer that my request was forwarded to the responsible employee and that I should receive a response as soon as possible.
3.1.20: Another request on my part regarding the delivery date. No Answer...
7.1.20: Finally feedback from the seller that the delivery could not be delivered due to a transport loss. A replacement order has already been placed and I would not incur any further costs.
8.1.20: Invoice and order confirmation. For the first time: DPD, GLS parcel number (s): 05258981470228, 05258981470229 (replacement order).
9.1.20: Information by email that the package has been sent: DPD, GLS package number (s): 01305144261776, 01305144261777 (original order and goods received).
9.1.20: Receipt of the goods (original order with the package numbers 01305144261776 and 01305144261777).
14.5.20: Inquiry from Delticom as to whether I would like to keep the tire set that has been received and installed or send it back ...
Since mid-May until today, X calls and emails from my garage or myself, which unfortunately led to NOTHING. Again and again other employees on the phone, to whom you have to explain the facts again and again, then only incompetence and no result. The left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing!
My assumption: Due to the (supposed) loss of transport, a second order was placed, but incorrectly booked in the systems. In the end, two orders went out, of which I only received one. Or why can Delticom only show me a delivery receipt for the set of tires received, despite repeated inquiries?
To top it off, I have now received mail from the debt collection agency. And again I will have to make X calls and submit the documents one more time to hopefully finally close this inglorious chapter with Delticom ...
Ps: Dear Delticom, maybe the customer service is better here because others read along too! Finally take care of this case, as it should be when dealing with customers! And ask DPD, according to their information, the tire set in question (DPD, GLS parcel number (s): 05258981470228, 05258981470229) was in the DPD warehouse in Freibug i. Br. And was finally returned to you!
My workshop and I have now wasted over 7 hours in correspondence and calls with you and the debt collection agency. Who will replace this effort for us?
