We checked in to this hotel and had booked two rooms. We had an absolute horrible experience checking in with a rude desk clerk. He also was very unsanitary and blew his nose multiple times during our check-in and didn t hand sanitize afterward. We then quickly noted the dirtiness of the rooms, water stains and dirt on the counter tops, peeling paint on the walls, pubic hairs on the toilet seat, orange stains on the sheets, white stains on the fabric of the room chair. We checked back out immediately and booked a room at the Embassy Suites downtown (which was fabulous). If this place isn t out of business in the next few months, I would be shocked. It s a horrible place. Please don t waste your money here when there are other great options in this city.
