This campus was originally Okanagan University College. I went here back in the 90's. Campus has grown. There are dorms and rental housing right on site. There is a bookstore in location, as most campus' do. It is UBC Okanagan for awhile now, but it is no where near the size of UBC in the lower mainland. I went there also, so it's easy to compare the two. I found the professors and staff well educated and accredited, here, in the Okanagan. Location is far out from the city. It is right close to the Kelowna International Airport. UBC in the lower mainland is also far out from the city also, so I don't think that's much of negative, unless you have transportation issues. City Bus has routes out to this location.
