From a technical point of view nothing to complain...

From a technical point of view nothing to complain. The problem lies in overcoming the switchboard first and acceptance when going to the head office in Fulvio. The unified exchange is completely useless. Today I had to repeat 4 times the problem at the switchboard because the call back there and they could not get me to talk with Fulvio Testi nor with the workshop. I'm not even sure they took notice.
Acceptance always takes hours or half an hour (with reservations and having already explained the problems on the phone). In Liguria Avenue
Acceptance and efficient administrative part, it seems another company.
