Disappointing at best! Diamond member given Execu...

Disappointing at best! Diamond member given Executive Floor. Given 2 breakfast vouchers for 4 night stay. Tried to book 5 nights...as Diamond, 5th night Free. No rooms available.....but wait! A room appears for the 5th night, but will cost $113 more than paying for other 4 nights. No thanks!
Hall carpet dirty. Ice machine broken. 2 bath towels in room. Kleenex tissue holder Empty. Mold in grout in shower.
Rooms are dated but clean, minus the shower grout.
Cannot regulate fan in room. When on Auto...runs constantly. Either On or Off.
Think my Diamond loyalty to Hilton is over.
