My wife and I went to Audi Plano to check out a specific used vehicle we had seen searching the internet. We met with Tyler Jones and he was terrific to deal with, showed us the car, explained all it's details and took us for a test drive. We negotiated our trade-in and a price that we all were comfortable with and they were even able to match the financing rate I could get from my credit union.
