Been a customer since 2014. Their equipment are very expensive, but have a good warranty. Maintenance and refills can be expensive, but must consider we live in Las Vegas; a city with worst water in the country. Ryan, as lead serviceman is got a lot of authority and ordered a second repair on a carbon tank when the first maintenace resulted in charcoal water in my bathtub. Front desk ladies had wanted $$ for a second visit but he overruled them and sent one of their best serviceman, J.D. Ask for either Ryan or J.D. if ever need works done on your equipment.
The only dissatisfaction I have are with the girls at front; they never ever smile or greet you. And for some reason, they all wear black!
