I've had an OK experience here overall, despite some issues I share with some of the other reviewers here. My main gripe, and I only write this to help others avoid what happened to me, is the noise from the AC vent. It is so incredibly loud, it's made our experience literally trying at times.

It's possible that my boyfriend and I are sensitive to noise, and I realize that other apartments in the building aren't impacted by this, but please do yourself a favor and make sure to turn on the AC and listen to how loud it is before you a sign a lease. I believe most apartments are OK, but we ended up in a corner of the building where the tube is pushed to the edge of the vent and it sounds like we're in an airplane hanger whenever it's cycling air through.
