I recently graduated from NESL. My opinion of the school has evolved during the years. Here's the final product:

The school has a strong reputation in the Massachusetts legal community, which is quite an accomplishment given its local competitors. The esteemed faculty are enthusiastic and hardworking. The political nonsense that you hear about at other institutions shows no presence at our quaint historical school NESL'd in Boston's theater district. Here, you will not find classrooms composed of the arrogant, the snarky or the entitled. Rather, you will likely find a vibrant community ripe with working professionals, parents, twenty-somethings, as well as some folks who may have fought in the Korean War (Looking at you, Rich). If you do decide to go to NESL, you could find yourself immersed in an industrious, motivated and stoically resilient student body with a healthy respect for the title of Juris Doctor. At least, that was my experience.
