I ordered a motorised bike for my grandson for Christmas. It arrived promptly but when we built it on Christmas morning there was a part missing. On Boxing day I emailed Fruugo to ask about a replacement part. Customer service was excellent and with the exchange of 3 or 4 emails the issue has been resolved and the missing part has arrived by 6 January. Super service, super product no hesitation in recommending them.
