During my stay I had called a day in advanced about early check in. The girl who was there when I arrived told me she would call me as soon as a room was available. She never called. So I went back to the hotel an hr before check in and she just said on look we have a room. Then when I finally checked in the wifi did not work AT ALL. I had to do some work and had to use my personal data (which is not unlimited) to work. When we called the front desk the same person answered the phone and told us she would check on it and called us back. An hr passed and nothing. So I walked over to the front desk and another rep was there which I spoke to and asked her what the status was. She was unaware of the call so she asked the person we talked to and the girl had never called the IT person. I am not a rude person. I get that there are things that are out of your control. But customer service goes a long way which is a shame that we were just displeased and over all unsatisfied. Im a huge best western fan and always book rooms with the company I work with for myself and my boss. I like the work ethic and the service you guys provide. It's just a shame that when I went as a regular leisure day I was given a bad experience. I hope this gets fixed so it doesn't happen again. I give it 3 stars since the breakfast and the rooms were okay.
