BEWARE. They will try and Rob you blind if you look like you don't know anything about plumbing (like if you're a mother with 2 toddlers, sorry guys I know more than you think)...The shut off valve for our side hose had stopped working, so I called Aiello, since they serviced my area and had decent reviews. I called a scheduled an appoitment for that day and was told there would be a $60 service charge if I chose not to use their services.....umm, ok I thought well, I can't shut my water off so I'm pretty sure I'll use them. The man came on time, maybe he saw that I would be an easy buck because he went down to check the pipes and tried to tell me that he would have to replace the whole pipe system for the spigot and it would cost $700 to fix. Yes, $700 to fix a shut off valve for an outside spigot. I said absolutely not and paid the $60 to get him out of my house....I found my kids a baby sitter and bought the rubber washer that needed to be replaced at home depot for............ $3. I'm happy to say I was able to fix the valve and save myself $640....It's too bad they got me for the service charge those thieves. This was last year and I'm looking for another plumber now to replace my kitchen. faucet, but I will NEVER use them again. Lost more money trying to rob me than you would've by being honest, your loss.
