I enjoy the TAG Muay Thai sessions every time I m able to attend. I have the pleasure of personally knowing the owner of the gym, Chris Aboy. I have watched how he has grown from one small gym to now two different larger gyms (and counting) in Virginia!

He leads all the classes I ve been to with enthusiasm, dedication, friendliness, and an genuine interest in improving each students skills. His staff are professional, kind, and motivated to bring out the best in the students. It is a positive atmosphere and one where I ve sparred with young and old people. I highly recommend Chris TAG Muay Thai!!
