Jason took the time and care to make a thorough inspection of the issues with my unit. In addition, he made sure to walk me thru every aspect of the repairs and additional work he and John Moore were going to do, answering every question - no matter how insignificant it was. He personally came back later than day and brought me two portable units to help lower the air while parts are arriving. His care, attention to detail and respect were amazing. He made me feel safe and confident in my decision to move forward with a big job.
