I brought my laptop in to get a new charging port....

I brought my laptop in to get a new charging port. The price was reasonable according to what I found online for similar services, but that's where the positives end. I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I don't want someone else to have the same experience I did.

Although my laptop now charges (woohoo!), they somehow lost the screws holding the back panel on, replacing them with mismatching ones. They also didn't put the panel back on correctly (which I was able to unscrew and fix thankfully) and managed to bend/dent the corner so the panel no longer fits correctly. See pictures

More minor but worth mentioning because of the other issues-
I had to call several times about the status of my repair after being told I would hear back in a hour or two. I was aware the "same day" policy would not apply since they would most likely have to special order the parts, but I was left playing phone tag about both the initial assessment and regarding when it was ready for pickup.
