Majority of the older women in the environmental department/the assembler leads are truly a headache; very unprofessional, immature, and rude. The type of environment this job revolves around is having older condescending coworkers who make up excessive complaints about you who will have the upper hand because they ve been working for decades. I really wish I had someone to tell me this beforehand because this environment was just not right for me.
