Technical support is a joke. we got a used machine that the power cable wasn't fitting on and kept disconnecting. we had it replaced with another used one that stopped working after a few months. i called in and they offered me a complete replacement unit for $60 per year from now till the end of my usage. after a call they told me there is now a $500 cancelation fee when they said otherwise when we made the contract.
Prior to this issue we also had issues we called to set up a password on manual entry which ended up being the same for all the machines in north America which is useless and they told me that i had to request a specific password and the customer service failed to mention that and costed us at least $2000 in damages.
