We hired Hansen Specialized (Hansen Shipping) to transport our load and after they established a rate and picked up our load they contacted us and asked for a lot more money or they will not deliver our load. We had to paid them because they will not deliver our load. I will never use this company again. The load arrive 4 days late as well. Todd and Roger lied, lied, lied to us because once the machine was delivered to our location we measured it and our dimensions were correct from the beginning.
