These are the rudest people I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with via telephone! I tried leaving no stars but in order to post you have to give at least one. My "debt" is for a T-Mobile bill that was paid in FULL. I transferred my phone number to a new carrier over a year ago. That is only possible if your account is in good standing. My bill was $60 per month through T-Mobile. The day my bill was due, I paid it at T-Mobile then immediately went and changed carriers. I owed them NOTHING! Ultimately they had to 'OK" my number transfer to the new carrier and only do so if you are holding a zero or POSITIVE balance. SW Credit refused to accept proof through reciepts or check for proof of number transfer. The rep only hammered me about payment while his fellow call center thugs carried on with clapping and cheers of laughter in the background! UNPROFESSIONAL HACKS the whole freakin lot!!
