I am not a farm life girl at all! I seriously could care less about recycling! But after a trip to the red hook farm, I can honestly say that has changed! Im still not a farm loving kind of girl but what an impact this place has made on me! The supervisor of the farm gave a class on composting (theory and practice ) and what we can each do to create change!!!!!! There was absolutely no smell! This place was spot on clean to the T. ( FYI I m a hard critic, impressing me takes work) AND I WAS IMPRESSED !!!!!!!!!!! What an amazing opportunity to be consumed with so much information on how to support our earth and future! Hands down a TRIP EVERY NEW YORKER needs to take!
