My experience with Tribe and my recrutiment agent Cooper was brilliant and unparalleled to date. He was instantly responsive, extremely thorough (reflection of the agnecy's high standards) and exceptional at matching the candidate with the client. Sometimes Recrutiment agencies get a poor reputation as the candidates often are at their mercy or feel helpless as they have no choice. Tribe/Cooper destroyed this belief for me and I was quite amazed they genuinely took pride in matching the right candidate with the right role and the absolutely professional manner in which they did so. Moreover, it was a pleasant shock to hear Cooper say "I've been on the other side and get it". My life was made so easy with this process and I would recommend Tribe to any/all based on my experience dealing with Cooper.
