Terrible customer service. Don't bother going if you are foreign and have a 1 year visa - You will be expected to pay up front (in my case, DOUBLE RRP) for your phone.

You will also lose a significant chunk of any discount you thought you would get.

The staff completely lost interest once they realized I wouldn't pay up front and shut down. I would have talked to a manager but I don't think they would have cared.

Avoid Softbank at all costs.
