Too often are the employees rude. This instance, I walked in and sat at the register for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, then greetee with an eye roll and told its going to be a while because there are a ton of orders. Let me just say, the dining room is empty and I had 1 person ahead of me that ordered a burrito. The professionalism of the people they hire here are sub par. Start making your employees watch the old "give them the pickle" videos. Maybe they'll learn some customer service skills

Food is always good, though.
