If you are staying here, make sure to put all your belongings away and out of sight, even if it's just make-up.

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of February. It was an alright hotel just for needing a place to sleep, except for the fact that a couple of cosmetic items went missing from our hotel room. We checked our luggage when we returned home, but we still can't find it.
I've emailed the Customer Service email, but for some reason it goes to their Reservation department (which is very strange and annoying). I received a response for more information about our stay, and it's been another week and I still haven't heard anything back.

Our toilet was constantly needing a plunger (not enough pressure to flush), which was highly annoying. We ended up asking the maintenance guy to just leave the plunger in the bathroom. Our room wasn't made up a couple days in a row (garbage wasn't changed, beds were not made or only 1 of the 2 was made up, towels were not changed/replenished).

I would not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it.
