Went in for scheduled maintenance on my E350 Bluet...

Went in for scheduled maintenance on my E350 Bluetech and was met immediately by a service rep who took my information, and then showed me the waiting area. Since it was going to be a while and I had skipped breakfast, I asked about a ride to the mall. I was immediately introduced to the shuttle driver who took me there in an immaculate, new MB SUV. He took me to the area where all the restaurants are, showed me where to meet for a pick-up, and gave me a card with his number on it. When I called for pick-up, the phone was answered immediately, and about six minutes later I was picked-up. When I returned to the dealership I was informed that my vehicle was being washed and would be ready in about 15 minutes, about an hour less than the estimate. The service rep came for me, explained the bill, what had been done, and then added that the wood on my dash was prematurely faded - and that they had taken the liberty of ordering all new wood for me. It will be about six weeks coming, and they would call me when it arrives to arrange for its installation.

Everybody I met behaved in a friendly and professional manner. The waiting area and the shop were immaculate and the wait was pleasant. I am impressed, and will continue to drive past another MB dealership where my experience has been completely different, to return to MB of Bellevue for all my future vehicle maintenance.
