I had a somewhat mixed experience with Grand Rapids Foam Technologies. While their foam products are of good quality, the customer service left something to be desired. It took a bit longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries. However, once they got back to me, they were helpful and resolved the issue. Overall, it's an okay company, but they could improve in certain areas.
