You need exit flight to be able to fly with them.

I was flying from Miami to Colombia.

At the airport in Colombia, they said I can't fly with them unless I buy a ticket out of the country.

No information about this in the checkout process.

Then horrible, rude support.

They refuse to refund the trip.

Will do chargeback request.
