My vehicle was there for over 2 weeks and went back for the same issue 12 hours later. Another two week wait and thousands of dollars later same issue within an hour of picking it up. The service dept. is very hard to contact, friendly in person but a pain to get updates from. I have been there waiting with other dissatisfied customers also.
I am currently documenting with my own scan tool the same issues I paid to get fixed and hope the dealerships management takes note of the case and responds accordingly by refunding the cost of unneeded repair work. I am not a sue happy type of person but I also don't enjoy wasting hard earned money and precious time.
